Peyronies is uncommon at this age. Deviation of erect penis at one direction is normal. It does not cause penetration problem . Masturbation and sex both require arousal via visual, tactile and hearing stimulation. A person never masturbeted, may have problem of Erection during sex. Pt needs proper counseling and medical management to resolve this issues. Such pt scared of getting married and even if married, may have consummation problem or marital disputes.
