I am married since last 7 months and hardly i stay with my wife since i am working in dubai.. Last month i went home.. And i had sex daily for 14 days... And regularly used delay spray.. Which was very effective and i enjoyed alot.. Everythng was fine.. Bt now my penis not even erecting.. I am literally crying..because i am having less sensitivity and my penis is also not getting hard..cant do masturbate also... Plz plz help me i am very tense. Thnx in advance

for better erection: Have good sleep,  do exercise & yoga daily for 1 hour. Take hot milk 1 glass morning & evening. Avoid spicy..chilli.nd fried food Take CP  SHILAJIT tb....Manmath ras .... nd tb....sidh makardhwaj bati... one each morning & evening for 3 months...wd hot milk.. See d results or otherwise consult a sexologist personally .
