Hii sir actually i think m suffering from erectyle dysfunction so i took 10 mg tadafil for the first two time it worked very well but after that it stopped working why it happend sir what should i do m very tense should i change brand pls help me

Thank you for asking. You must understand that even if tadalafil helps you in sustaining erections, an arousal is required for having erections at first place. If you are facing issues with getting arousal, tadalafil may not help you. Stress, anxiety are two most important risk factors for psychological Erectile dysfunction. A detailed information regarding these is needed.
