Erosive fundal gastritis and non veg
I lost a very much amount of weight around 8-9 kg due to internal bleeding bcz of erosive gastritis
Currntly im 36 kg with height 5'2
How can i gain weight ? Can i eat egg or chiken /meat ? Will it aggravate gastritis ?
After how many months can i take heavy diet to recover my weight so that it wont affect my gastric issues plz help

Good morning. Erosive Gastritis at the age of 20yrs in a sign of bad health . You need to take care if it . Yes you can have Non Veg in diet as part of balance diet program.

In my opinion if you lost 9 kg it is not because of erosive gastritis. Please describe further symptoms. Rule out bowel diseases like celiac sprue, Crohn s and TB bowel.
