Got a recent blood test and my ESR has been recorded as 20 mm/HR (whole blood edta) and my wife's is 29. Something worry about?

Hi. Nothing to worry at all as the esr is raised in many conditions and if you have any fever or inflammation then the esr needs to be correlated with other parameters.
