ESR BLOOD 94 AND C.RP

Name: thangamadathi
Age: 37
My sister taken a blood test report and it is displayed as 94 which is supposed to be less than 20. Immuno serology - C.R.P is 9.2 which is supposed to be less than 6.
Total WBC is 11000 which is perfect and rest of the items are normal in the test.
Is it a serious problem now? How long does it take to recover this issue? Is there any surgery required to resolve? Please let us know what needs to be done now? Kindly help her out with your proper solution.
