  4. Esr is 75 and joints pain. Help me.

Esr is 75 and joints pain
My symptoms are joints pain, muscle pains, joints stiff in morning, and frequent urination.two months back I diagnosed kidney stones 5 mm size both sides. Now In blood test ESR is 75. What is the problem Please help me.
