Hello, Moderately elevated ESR occurs with inflammation but also with anemia, infection, pregnancy, and with aging. A very high ESRusually has an obvious cause, such as a severe infection, marked by an increase in globulins, polymyalgia rheumatica or temporal arteritis etc. Both esr and rdw-cv is not indicative of any preticular disease both may increase from simple anemia to wide variety of causes, your next workup is based on your clinical symptoms please talk to your doctor.
