My esr is 37 Tlc is 12.12 Neutrophils is 9.11 I am having very high fever and full bodyache Is this serious what should i do now

There is raised ESR,TLC count& neutrophils count...with fever .suggesting acute infection.
Next Steps
you should go for antibiotics & symptomatic relief.
