Is there a Cure for essential tremor? I've been having this issue since the past 5 years and it's only active during physical workout or in stress and anxiety.

First of all confirm with a neurologist that you have essential tremor. I hope it has been done before. If it's indeed an essential tremor then there is at present no cure for it. It can be controlled with medications and in refractory cases with DBS (done only in few very specialised centers in india).

Next Steps

If it's only seen during stress or anxiety then it doesn't require any medications as of now. If it interferes with activity then you'll have to visit a neurologist for evaluation and medical management.
