It's CBC test and ESR should be 0-20.So it's normal. You are suffering from dermatological issue so it is necessary to see the lesions on your body then only diagnosis can done and treatment can be started. So you can show the lesions to dermatologist near you or show me through video consultation

The normal range is 0-22 mm/hr for men in which case your ESR is within normal limits. I would advise you to do an AEC(Absolute Eosinophil Count) to see the status of your allergies.
