how can you take risk with your face by just asking questions(with lacking pictures) online about your concerns.
It is very difficult to give you the right solution for it.
For anytype of pigmentation , sunscreen protection is important along with tying a scarf around your face leaving eyes open when you go outdoors.
Suncreen minimum 30 SPf required for indian skin.It has to be reapplied every 3 hours.
But sunscreen will only prevent further worsening of the pigmentation.
Other options to get rid of the pigmentation present are peels/ lasers facial depending on the level of pigmentation
