My son was diagnosed with Ewing's Sarcoma in left wrist in Feb 2019 and was on chemo with VAC/IE regimen and had completed 16 doses after which a local progression occurred in the same area. Radiation therapy(radical 31 doses) started 3 weeks back with VCR chemo and a bone marrow biopsy was done about a month back.
A MSI test was also done last week and it looks like chemo cannot be done post radiation therapy as there is no loss of nuclear expression of MMR proteins. Moreover, we were told that immunotherapy may be done.
Kindly review biopsy report and PET scan report and advise what other courses of action can be considered.
