Excessive salivation is not caused by deficiency of any vitamin. Saliva is secreted by secretory glands of your mouth ( sublingual and submandibular glands ) which are under the control of autonomic nervous system. I’m afraid there is not much you can do about it. If required you can take an opinion of a Physician / neurologist.
