Excess phelgm and frequet cough
Dear Doctor,
I'm facing with this recess phelgm issue since several years.. And since last 2 years this problem has become so severe and is significantly affecting the quality of my life.. I stopped comsuming cold items and i even stopled taking any sour or citrous compounds.
And ever since i have this problem, my nostrils are always wet and i have to clean it very oftenly.
I had a few scans done after consulting an ENT, no sinus or bronchitus were diagnosed. I have tried all medicines.. Used ayurveda and homeo as well.. But still the problem persists and it severly affecting my life.
Please advise me something!
