My mouth remain sour everytimes and i feel fatiure and excess yawning.i dont feel good. my body remain stifff

You have saama lakshanas take some simple medicine you will be better. Avipattikara choorna 1/4 tsp 1 hr before food. Sup.varunadi kashaya 3tsp mixed with 3 tsp warm water thrice daily. Avoid cold and sweet items take only warm foods. 2days you will be back to normal

Hi , you should undergo blood test for thyroid profile. Sour taste of mouth could be due to acidity. For that Take yashtimadhu (mulethi) -1/2 tsf with milk or water - morning and evening. Don't keep long gap between meals . avoid hot  and spicy foods.

Hello... You have altered sleep cycle ,you should get up and go to bed at regular timing each day.. Don't have too much of coffee or tea , avoid watching TV, playing games at bed , relax do breathing exercise ,listen to some music , do exercise in morning,don't take sleeping pills without consulting doctor
