Excessive Masturbation
I am from Pakistan .My problem is that i have been constantly doing masturbation for the past 5-6 years . Now , I have realized it's side effects. Health wise , i have been quite weak as my weight is below 50 kg . I have a porn decade now and now i wannna quite both of these , also i want to cope up with my lost health .Kindly help me as i have no where to go . I was a good student till college but now at university, I am paying less attention to my studies , thus getting low grades .Help me .
