I have a long history of 14 years with masturbation frequency 2-3 times a day.
Now I feel very lethargic, weakness,poor memory ,poor eyesight and tremors in body.
Please tell me whether prolonged masturbation has led to the above symptoms?
Also if I leave masturbation from now will my health improve?
Please suggest some advice on boosting my health now

Masturbation is a natural process when a person is getting sexually active and 80% of the boys start it to enjoy before the age of 14 and rest try it after age of 14.
