Excessive pain in gums (molar) and fever
Pain in gums around molars on left part. Difficulty in talking, chewing. Had fever yesterday night. Pain is continuous, no matter what

Take analgesics to reduce the pain and have consultation with dentist as may be you may have infection in root of tooth
