Excessive sweating and tiredness
From few days, I have been experiencing excessive sweating and full body tiredness and weak. Might be a viral fever. Kindly assist

Hello, Thanks for your query on Practo "As" per your clinical history is concerned do a clinical examination by your Doctor and to confirm infection you can do CBC with differential. Regarding medication, you can discuss about [paracetamol] for fever and [oseltamivir] for the viral infection is detected.

Or use alcohol-based hand sanitizers if soap and water aren't readily available. 2)Contain your coughs and sneezes. Cover your mouth and nose when you sneeze or cough. These following steps may be of help: - Avoid cold food and water, preferably have hot food and water - Don't skip meals have a liquid diet containing soups and progressively increase to solid diet as per how you can tolerate. - Have food rich in vitamin C such as oranges to help build immunity. - Drink plenty of fluids, drink 3 liters of water per day - Do salt water gargling with lukewarm water thrice a day - Maintain good personal hygiene(Wash you hands regularly) - Rest plenty, body heals while at rest
