Sir when ever I go out in heat or do some physical exercise I sweat lot is this a reason of concern I read in Google about lymphoma symptoms I don't have any symptoms still I am sacred

Don't search from google. Excessive sweating is not the only symptoms of lymphoma. It should be co related with other symptoms. No need to worry about lymphoma.
