Excessive tears
My mom(66) getting excessive tears while watching T.V or P.C.There is no pain. Is it anything serious? What do we have to do? What is her problem?

Excess of anything is harmful. First restrict watching time. If tearing is reduced  after this, simply excess strain is the issue If any refractive error present, such symptoms are common. Check eye sight. If needed glasses could solve her problem. Need consultation. Or check her vision by online tests. At 66 reduced vision due to cataracts could also lead to eye strain, causing tearing.

Hello Her symptoms are suggestive of dryness Try A. Cold compresses B. Use lubricating eyedrop like refresh tears frequently Consult local ophthalmologist if problem persist

Please get her refraction done .put lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 2to3 times daily and rub ocupol d's eye oint twice daily on lids.
