My mother (60 yrs age) has been suffering from vertigo like symptoms and excessive tiredness after physical activity (brisk walking). I got a heart checkup done. The 2D Echocardiography reports states as follows:
IMPRESSION: ISGHEMIC HEART DISEASE
Comments: RWMA AT REST
LV SYSTOLIC DYSFUNCTION LVEF = 50%
TYPE II DIASTOLIC DYSFUNCTION
NO PERICARDIAL EFFUSION
NO MR,NO TR
NO CLOT/VEGETATION
The doctor is insisting we go for an angiography. I would like a second opinion before going for it.
