Excessive worrying
I worry about not getting a good enough job(or not getting a job at all) not being happy with the stream i choose in the future not having a friend circle never falling in love always living a boring monotonous life my parents ending up unhappy never looking or feeling confident being lonely never reaching standards i have set for myself(or maybe set by a friend who has already reached them) i've lost productivity,i overthink situations,indulge in past memories, constantly think selfimprovement

U are in depression. U consult a psychologist with ur parents. Family counselling is also needed along with ur solo counselling. U are only 18 now.u have a big life ahead.U have to concentrate on ur studies,education is the only key to maintain a good life. To make good friends u have to open urself. Talk to people, to make friends u have to trustworthy of people.

for overall health 1.sleep 8 hrs at night. 2.avoid too much social media. 3.avoid too much use of mobile pc laptop. 4.avoid mobile pc 1hr before sleep. 5.before sleep may hear good music,or read a good book or  can watch a good movie. 6.workout daily or regular morning walk or join gym. 7.Share ur thoughts with ur parents or good friends. 8.Concentrate on ur work,study,passion, hobby. 9.Maintain proper diet. 10.Take proper protein supplement and some time multivitamines.
