Bilateral submandibular , posterior cervical , clavicular nodes... after all minor test for diagonis finally , Excisional biopsy suggested ... Is that risky procedure ??? How painful it is ??? I want to know clear details

What is the size of nodes a d ..since how many days were u having them..
Can u attach scan report ..
It may be easier to decide ultrasound guided biopsy or excision biopsy..
By the way both will be done under anesthesia with well managed pain..don worry
