Excruciating Muscle Pain
Hi yesterday i was doing some heavy lifting and I think i did something to my arm. I have no pain in my tricep, deltiod area but near my forearm. All along to my joint meets the wrist. I cannot clench a fist or pick up anything without excruciating pain. It has gotten worse in the matter of 24 hours.
