You probably have what is called as "pulp space infection" which is infection in the tip of the finger.
You need to see an Orthopaedic Surgeon for examination and assessment. You may either need antibiotics or drainage of any pus if there is a collection.

Is there any previous injury or infection .if the pain is muscular than go for hot water formentation twice a day or can use omni gel or any ointment. Then also no relief get diagnosed by an orthopaedic
