Hello. Good morning. 4. things you must think , before torturing ur peace . 1. Have you checked or got investigated ur testosterone levels before & thereafter recently, if no, then how do you the effect of jogging over testosterone level. 2. Google is bullshit platform for medical knowledge, you can follow it for any other thing but absolutely not for a medical illness or information, it will always confuse you, scare & misguide you. 3. Any physical Excercise in general increase testosterone level by muscle building in our body. 4. Why are you worried for ur testosterone levels at such a young age. Have you noticed anything different in ur body ?
