Experiencing problems being a vegetarian
I (female) have been vegetarian since i was 12 years old and am currently 15, i am an elite athlete who trains almsot daily for sporting events and have recently had issues such as constan fatigue, sore muscles and recently have been diagnosed with a fracture in my back which took just under 6 months to heal property which was only meant to take up to 2 months, I am wondering if me being a vegetarian so early and during my growth periods is creating a bad affect on my body
