Expert tips needed.
Dear Sir/Madam, On December 3, 2017, my weight was 83.7 kg, BMI showed a little overweight. So, I started exercising in park which consisted running, abs exercise and much more, all in my near by park. I controlled my diet and it was to avoid junk and take natural food that we usually eat at home and a 350 grams chicken breast once in a week. My body responded well as I did not felt any need to take protein supplements etc. Now, I am 65 Kg currently and exercising too, more than before. My next Target is to win a half marathon. My request to you is that please go through the two attachments and suggest me what more points should I keep in my mind regarding my health so that I can reach my goal.

Dear patient, you may continue to do the same workout as you are doing right now. Important is to do as much as your body can exert . To eat and exercise in moderation and to include right proportion of nutrition in your diet which includes carbohydrates, proteins, fats , vitamins and minerals.  You shouldn't exert your body too much initially and take it slowly else there is risk of injury to muscles .

Continue doing exercises and eat healthy as you have. Your BMI seems good and your parameters appear to be normal. Continue your training for the half marathon by building stamina. Best of luck with it.
