Having on off tonsilitis and pharyngitis from last 1 year. Waa taking 3rd generation cephaloproin cefpodexim + clavulanate. Not getting relaf even after that.

Don't self medicate especially antibiotics.. always take expert opinion regarding disease diagnosis and treatment..I would recommend you to consult with an ENT specialist for that...
