External Injury during Playing Cricket

Yesterday, Morning I went for Cricket match with Red Vicky tennis ball. when I was batting I forgot to wear L guard..The bowler bowling pace was very high and it stuck to my slight upper area of the genital area. I am feeling still very painful when ever try to bent myself or twist my leg. In Morning I went washroom and my urine was yellow..I am bit afraid..It usually does white.. Kindly advice.
