External piles problem
I have external piles problem because of this whenever i go to washroom i start bleeding and pain and it's even  more painful when I'm on my periods... What should I do to get rid of this pain and bleeding

Consult a general or Colorectal surgeon. Piles if large enough may need surgery. Medicines can provide relief to some extent.

External piles are usually more painful than internal ones. I will advise you to consult a general surgeon because it may lead to formation of clot in the blood vessel .Also if the bleeding persists it may cause anemia. It is something which can be taken care of easily and you need not suffer
