Asked for Female, 28 Years

She has regular periods but in between she has multiple spotting at in even times. Earlier few months it's was after 15 days for one or two days but now it is even after one week spotting continues for few days. Had consulted doctor but nothing positive update. Everything seems to be normal except throid.
