Extreme anger
My anger has reaches to that level where i misbehave to every next person n shout on them specialy to those who are close and my well wisher and did good for me i even abuse them and later on appologise with them

Anger is an emotion that pops up during situations such as disagreement,  argument,  expectations not met, helplessness etc. Identifying the cause more than effect is what you need to consider now.  Consult a Counsellor for help, who can empower to manage your emotions and move on. Anger can also be part and parcel of anxiety and depression,  which requires assessment for that you need to consult  a Psychiatrist. Take the first step of consulting a Counsellor, hope it helps to resolve your issue even if is mild depression
