Extreme anxiety
Although I haven't visited any professional yet, I am pretty sure that I have anxiety disorder. I get all these panic attacks. Where heart beat rises, I can't breathe normally and my whole body temperature rises and sometimes I shiver also. Sometimes these attacks are triggered due to some incident. Sometimes they happen out of no where. However, recently I've observed something different about myself. Sometimes I do things without realising that I am doing them. Sometimes I am screaming and I don't realise I'm screaming. Until someone tells me. Or I do realise but I can't tell the exact reason why I screamed. One night, I was about to sleep and suddenly there was this wave of huge sorrow that hit me and I started crying and I was so scared to close my eyes. It felt like either I won't wake up if I sleep or I'll wake up as completely different person.it stayed for a while and then suddenly the feeling was gone. it feels like I'm two different persons within a brief moment.

Hello greetings! Yes this may be symptoms of anxiety disorder but certain episodes of abnormal behaviour that u report needs to be clarified. I would like to clarify and rule out temporal lobe epilepsy, a type of seizure disorder which might be completely behavioural.

Tremors, feeling anxious or nervous, sense of panic, sweating, increased heartbeat, feeling of impending doom, stomach discomfort, dizziness etc are signs of anxiety. These can be debilitating. If the anxiety is overwhelming, consult a Psychiatrist at the earliest. With the right medication and counseling, it is likely your symptoms will improve.

Finding the triggers for these episodes is very important. Try to write down your thoughts and situations right before the episode, once the episode has passed. You’ll then realise there’s a pattern. After this take help to deal with this pattern. You will definitely need the help of a professional to do this.
