Extreme bloating
The day before, my family and I went out to eat Filipino food for lunch and right after this, I began to feel very bloated. The feeling has yet to go away and I don't know if I should be concerned. My biggest issue however is the reason for this bloating besides consuming so much food. I weight about 108 lbs, 5'0", I exercise at the gym frequently, about 2 hours, 5 days a week. Ever since the start of the new year, I tried vegetarianism, but very recently have I started consuming meats so that I could get enough protein in my diet. In addition, I'm over a week late on my period, but I haven't had intercourse in over a month and I got my period for that month on time, about 2 weeks after protected sex. I've also been spending almost every day with a friend since mid January, and she was very late on her period last month. With all of this being said, I don't know if I'm bloated because of the food, diet change, exercise, syncing period cycles, or potential pregnancy.
