Extreme hair fall and pores near nose
I am facing the problem of extreme hair fall. Hair fall since a past 8 months now. Hair come out from root all long. I start to see scalp now. Also face problem with skin ... Face skin has pores. dry near nose and pimples on cheek. Problem gets worst near periods ... 1st diagnosis hormonal imbalance. Drinking dashmularishth 3rd bottle now. Still the problem remains same. Skin and hair both go dry during periods. By the time they recover next cycle. Hence the problem has got worse now and entire.

There are many reasons for hair fall. So first and foremost we have to find the cause with the help of detailed history and examination. Some of the common causes are nutritional deficiency, hormonal causes like androgenic alopecia or patterned baldness, hypothyroidism, telogen effluvium etc. Unless we find and treat the cause there is no point in giving non specific treatment. Oils or shampoos do not have any effect on hair growth as they are not absorbed in the skin.
