Extreme headache
My fiance had bacterial viral fever since the past 6 days. CBC - haemoglobin 14.2 , packed cell volume 42.2,RBC 5.2 ,WBC 11300 , neutrophil 91, Esoniophil 00 ,basophil 00,Lymphocyte 07, monocyte 02, platelet count 178000  now the fever is gone . but has very severe head ache and stomach bloating hence he vomits . his head aches even with slight head movement or while coughing etc.  please let me know what can I do for this .he also has slight muscle pain the the leg due to fever which is now recovering. till now he couldn't walk now he can walk .  also his eyes turns blood shot . Durning the the first 3 days he also had a rash in his thigh and in throat which was completely fine in the third day . What can I do for his head ache and vomiting and stomach bloating the head ache is too much

HELLO, HE SHOULD BE TREATED IN  HOSPITAL. AS, PLATELET COUNT IS DECREASE, NEUTROPHIL IS VERY HIGH. I.V FLUID N INJECTABLE HIGHER ANTIBIOTICS ARE NEEDED. I HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND THIS. OR TABLET NAAXPRO RD200 BEFORE BREAKFAST N DINNER FOR FIVE DAYS AFTER THAT REDUCE IT TO ONE BEFORE BREAKFAST FOR SEVEN TO TEN DAYS. IT TAKE CAER OF VOMITING N BLOATING. TABLET DOLO650 THREE TIMES OR AS REQUIRED AFTER FOOD. FOR  ANY SHORT OF ACHS. LIQUIDS LIKE VEGETABLES SOUP TOMATO SOUP GIVES HIM ENERGY AND RELIEF IN THROAT. MOUSAMBI JUICE DAILY TILL SYMPTOMS DISAPPEAR. PLENTY OF LIQUIDS. O.K BYE.
