I injured my knee about 20 years ago. Always has bothered me but lately became unbearable. I've been wearing a brace but having issues walking or just moving. It feels like I have glass under my knee cap and also burns. Could this be something torn now?

Could be a torn meniscus. Consult orthopaedic surgeon.may require MRI
