Extreme pain in the lower abdomen

Hello my friend is shying away from consulting doctor.she visited couple of times though.she has extreme pain since the arrival of her first menstrual cycle.doctors presumed it to be normal but it isn't.Every cycle brings extreme pain and discomfort in the lower abdomen
