Extreme Sexual arousal. Wd her?

Obssesive lust abt my ex gf. Wd symptoms like difficulty in breathing, numbness, shivering in body, fear, nervousness, horseness, rapid heart beating, whole body move like heart beating,  laziness, and difficulty in concentrating or focus. I masturbate every day or 2nd by thinking of my ex gf . as with her i just had kissing for only 2 times. But now after break up i can't forget mostly by thinkng about sexual fantacies wd her?? Thing is i can't control to think abt while masturbating. And i think that symptoms are just bcz of this. I m unmarried never had sex wd any girl in life. and i think my symptoms are happend bcz of extreme fantacy of havng sex wd my ex gf at the time of masturbate. I put extreme force on mind unlike usual/normal masturbation.. it has been more than 2 years now. I m still caged in her obsession/Lust. Please anybody help. I try hard to not think while masturbate but i can't help myself..
