Extreme urge to urinate
My 31 month old kid has not been urinating since last night. Since last few hours he is trying to but with pain he is only able to urinate in drops and it's too frequent.

Mostly likely a case of urinary infection.
Give child plenty of fluids and syp ibugesic plus.
Get urine routine and culture done. (Try to get mid stream clean catch sample).
