Extreme Weakness after Acute Blood Loss
Due to PCOD, every single one of my period cycle proves fatal to my life. Due to the amount of blood I have already lost and hardly recovered, my body has grown physically weak. The last period cycle started on 6th April, preceded by 10-12 days of spotting, and continued right uptill 30th. During this course, I ended up losing almost >=300ml of blood, (Based on the volume of pads and tampons consumed). On 29th, after consultation with another gynaecologist, I began a hormonal therapy and the bleeding stopped. It has been almost 10 days since then, and the signs of extreme weakness have not ceased. I wake up in the morning feeling tired and exhausted. Throughout the day, my physical activity is restricted to getting up for lunch/dinner and attending nature's call, other than which I feel giddy & lightheaded. Additionally, I can't sit up on my bed and attend/work for my classes due to the fatigue/drowsiness. What do I do Can I get a medical certificate that may allow me leave?
