Eye allergies
I have been having eye allergies from a while and i think i have used too much brightness from my devices. The eyes are now painful due to direct sunlight and light in the room and the light from my devices. Sometimes i see blurry things with both of my eyes and some other times its the left eye. May you please help me on what i should do?

What you call allergy, seems to be dryness, resulting from excessive use of mobile or computer. And this is called computer vision syndrome.

Chronic allergy can cause light intolerance. There is increased sensitivity due to continuous stimulation of cornea by small granular cell collections under the lid conjunctiva. Treatment for allergic conjunctivitis needs to be prolonged and one should be prepared for seasonal worsening.. Cold Compresses will help in addition to the medication.
