When I am sit for study, after some time my head and eye is pained.uper side of eyes are paining please give me advise what I do?

Hello.. Well what is your sitting posture..secondly how much light is available in the place where you study..it's quite possible that you are facing strain because of continuous reading or because of the lack of adequate lighting, wrong posture or refractive error...we need to examine you dear..
