My eye power is -12 in one eye and in other I have -8 doctor has said that I have lattice in my eye but the doctor said it is a starting stage nothing to afraid I am very afraid could you tell Me what I should avoid and what should I do to maintain my eye so that my power not increase

Your doctor has already reassured you. Your eyes are perfectly normal . Period of maximum number increasenis upntonthe age of 18 years. Now the number is unlikely to increase further. Spend less time indoors on gadgets like computers and cell phones and more time in the sun. Have an eye check up once a year as a routine and lead a normal life!
