Eye burn and heaviness
I am having continuously eye pain and burning sensation from 15 days , due to this heaviness in eye I several time got headache and my total mouth feel dry

Hello Your symptoms are suggestive of dryness If this is associated with dry mouth, it is suspicious of sjogren disease I would recommend you to consult local cornea specialist and get proper evaluation done
