Eye Burning
Hello ,My eyes are burning from 1-2 month I thought it's becuase of Heat but nonetheless it's not controlled,Still I am facing the same issue,what's the reason for this and how to overcome please tell me

Hi ..
basically due to excessive screen time , all these issues happening..
Take complete break for a day r 2/3 days
Decrease screen time
Follow 20/20 rule
Use lubricating drops
Maintain healthy eating n sleeping habits
Can do cold compresses

It’s because of prolonged exposure of eyes and little blinking or dry eye itself.
For dry eye you can get schirmer test done to see the tear secretion whether normal or not .
In either case you should use tear substitute.
In dry eye more frequently.
Next Steps
Give rest to your eyes . If you are working on computer then take rest for 10-15 mnts every 2-4 hrs and during rest out tear substitute say Ecofresh eye drops each time during rest
