I have 6.50 power in left eye and no power in right eye. Can i take eye glasses for 6.50 to left lens and 0.50 lens for right eye. Does this effect my right eye.

Please describe vision with glass in both eyes ,I think you are having one eye lazy ,then you will have no problem due to anisometropia because you will not be able to face diplopia due to less vision in one eye .
